1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LifeToy’s applications, websites, devices, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), operated by Khoda AI LLC (“LifeToy”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

The Services are intended for individuals aged 18 years or older. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Account holders are responsible for all activity that occurs under their account, including any use by other individuals.

3. Accounts

3.1 Registered Users

Certain features require a registered account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity associated with your account.

3.2 Guest Use

LifeToy may allow limited access to the Services without creating an account (“Guest Use”).

Guest Use may provide reduced functionality and may not include features available to registered users, such as long-term data management.

4. Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

Use the Services to engage in unlawful, harmful, or abusive behavior
Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Services
Access or attempt to access data that does not belong to you
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if misuse or abuse is detected.

5. Content and Recordings

LifeToy provides interactive voice and conversation features. By using these features, you acknowledge that conversation recordings, transcripts, and related data may be processed and stored as described in our Privacy Policy.

5.1 Guest Use

During Guest Use, conversation data may be stored temporarily and is automatically deleted within approximately 60 days, unless retention is required for safety, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.

5.2 Registered Users

For registered users, conversation data is associated with the user’s account and may be managed through the Services.

When recordings or an account are deleted, the data enters a 30-day recovery period, during which it may be restored upon request. After this period, the data is permanently deleted.

6. AI Functionality

The Services include AI-driven features designed to provide interactive responses and assistance. AI outputs are generated automatically and may not always be accurate or appropriate.

You agree not to rely on the Services for professional, medical, legal, or safety-critical advice.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without liability.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and materials provided through the Services are owned by or licensed to LifeToy and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Services without prior written permission.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

Misuse or abuse is detected
Required by law

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the Services will meet your expectations, produce specific results, or be free from errors or interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LifeToy and Khoda AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, resulting from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to use the Services, if any.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LifeToy, Khoda AI LLC, and their officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the Services
Your violation of these Terms
Your misuse of AI-generated content
